Judge finds Kostoff guilty of drug charges

Angela M. Kostoff, 43, of Baileys Harbor pleaded no contest April 26 to four felony counts of manufacturing/delivering non-narcotics on Aug. 5, Aug. 18, Aug. 21 and Sept. 2.
