Group gathers in Sturgeon Bay on National Day of Prayer

The recent decision by U.S. District Judge Barbara Crabb declaring that Congress has no constitutional right to establish a National Day of Prayer clearly weighed on the hearts of those who gathered Thursday in front of Sturgeon Bay City Hall.
