Wausau Democrat U.S. Rep. Dave Obey still promoting new financing system for political campaigns

WASHINGTON At the start of the latest congressional, U.S. Rep. Dave Obey, D-Wausau, once again called for the elimination of special-interest money in political campaigns and reintroduced legislation to establish a public financing system.
