Sidewalks still planned near Sturgeon Bay schools despite opposition

When Phyllis Busby and her husband planted trees at the edge of their yard and raised their children on Sturgeon Bays South 12th Avenue years ago, she didnt think she would one day be fighting with city officials about taking the trees down and replacing them with sidewalks.
